Max Tramontana: RHP/SS, (2022) Moeller, OH. 6-foot-2, 175-pound. Good looking arm out of Moeller HS. Good athlete with a clean arm that showed above average offerings across the board. Fastball was up to 87mph and you’d think there’s more in the tank. Breaking ball was very sharp and changeup was a more than playable offering. Velocity wise: curveball (71-74 mph), changeup (77-78 mph). Threw his fastball 83-87 mph.
Max Tramontana: RHP/SS, (2022) Moeller, OH. 6-foot-1, 175-pound. In the box, Tramontana had an exit velocity of 92 mph. Started in an athletic tall stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, has an uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 85 mph; had a clean exchange, rhythmic footwork, and soft hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Solid on the mound, had a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with quick arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher and shows easy effort. Sat with his fastball at 86-88 mph. Showed slight running action. He has a 11/5 curveball (72-74). His changeup (80-81) showed gradual action.
Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in an upright stance. Moves well in the box, with fluid/well-timed movement patterns. Balanced combination of strength/speed showing above average bat speed and rotational acceleration. Projects for more as he fills out.
Power: Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles.
Max BP Exit Velocity: 89 mph
Max BP Distance: 313 ft
Field: Fluid actions in the infield. Mechanically sound with clean feet. Ball skills are above average for class.
Throw: Arm is an above average tool.
Defensive Projection: Left side of infield look to him.
Scouting Notes: Two-way prospects. Athletic dude with mound presence. Loose arm that should support added velocity. Fastball/breaking ball heavy repertoire. Breaking ball has slurvish action to it with a nice combination of depth and bite to it. Completing his arsenal is a changeup he showed sparingly but has potential w/later dive through the zone.
Fastball: 80-83mph.

2/22/20 Position Player
Hit: Tall vertical stance with hands in a high held position. Leg lift starts what is a powerful swing.
Power: 87mph exit velo with a max distance of 286 feet.
Offensive Projection: Gap to gap pull side hitter.
Field: Moves fluidly across the field showing off solid range and great glove skill. Arm is flashy as well.
Throw: 82mph infield velo.
Defensive Projection: MIF/3B.
Delivery Notes: A dynamic lower half that is mobile and in line to the plate. A compact ¾ arm action that is quick throughout.
Fastball: 81-83mph with a 2000-2200rpm spin rate.
Curveball: 67-69mph with a 1700-1900rpm spin rate with 11/5 movement. CB has that gaining momentum look to it
Changeup: 78-79mph CH has late dive

Body Type: 5-foot-10, 155-pound athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Very polished, athletic delivery that he can repeat. Advanced actions on the bump for his age. Knows what he’s doing out there.
Fastball: 75-77 mph. Well above average velocity for class and with his efficiency expect added strength to translate to velocity. Will mix in a two seam as well without losing velocity.
Curveball: 64-66 mph. Spins it well. 11/5 shaped bender with some sharpness to it.
Pitchability: Moved the fastball around the zone consistently, and showed decent feel for the breaking ball.
Role: TBD
Additional Comments: High follow in class. Shows physical signs of a high velocity guy down the road. Two-way talent that also has a very bright future as a position player. Swing really works and he looks the part defensively.
1/26/19
Body Type: 5-foot-10, 155-pound athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics: Balanced stance from the right side of the box. Hands show minimal back load during leg kick timing trigger.
Hit: Balanced launch. Very efficient stroke with athletic actions. Generates effortless pop to both gaps. Drove the ball with authority in BP. Very impressive performance in BP.
Power: 83 mph exit velocity. Easy gap pop with more to come.
Offensive Projection: 3-hole look to him with run producer upside.
Run: 4.7 H-1st.
Field: Well coached in the infield. Creates angles and plays with rhythm. Athletic look to him out there with above average ball skills.
Throw: Topped at 79 mph across the infield. Arm really works, more strength to come.
Defensive Projection: TBD.
7/11/18
In the infield plays through the baseball when moving to both sides. Works into a ¾ arm slot while delivery confident throws across the diamond. Will benefit from continued added strength and development. Currently ball skills are on par for graduating class. A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic stance. Uses a leg kick for timing while keeping hands simple prior to launch. Back leg hitter that takes an uphill path to contact. Intent drive swing the generates gap abilities. Has some minor path issues in there. Would like to see him level out to open up the left side of the field.
