While catching, he recorded a position velocity of 76 mph during throw downs; has sure hands, consistent feet, and a clean transfer. showed his ability to throw runners out with an efficient pop time of 1.97-2.02. Calm setup with some flexibility. Had a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.86.

Started in a balanced stance with a quick controlled load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed is above average and exhibits an upward swing plane. Laterally, his movements were average. While catching, he produced a position velocity of 71 mph during throw downs; had sure hands, a clean developing exchange, and developing footwork. Had a pop time of 2.13-2.20. Clean setup with average flexibility. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 8.48. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a compact arm action while showing good arm speed. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed a strong balance point. Sat with his fastball at 74-76 mph; had running action and arm side command. His 11/5 curveball (60-62) has gradual action. Has arm side control and fading action on his changeup (66-68).
