Heck has a projectable, athletic 6-foot, 165-pound frame. He has an athletic stance at the plate and has a controlled load and rhythm. He uses a slight uphill swing and keeps his barrel in the hitting zone. His exit velocity was 80 mph and he ran the 60-yard dash in 7.31. On the infield, he showed smooth footwork and actions while fielding the ball out front and working through it. His velocity across the diamond was 82 mph. On the mound, he throws from a high-3/4 arm slot with a long arm action and good arm speed. His fastball sat 79-82 mph with some sink. His changeup had late sink at 69-71 mph and thrown with fastball arm speed. His curveball had 11/5 break and sat 65-67 mph while his slider had 10/4 break to it and sat 66-67 mph with late break.

Quinton has a projectable, athletic 6-foot, 165-pound frame. A possible two-way prospect that had an impressive showing in the infield. Has athleticism to his actions with obvious confidence to his glove. Displayed the ability to get rid of the ball quickly and threw across the diamond with 82 mph arm strength. At the plate he starts slightly open and uses a double-tap load and stride to get back to even. Hands stay simple before taking a level path to the ball producing line drives in batting practice. Worked to the opposite field very well and reached a top exit velocity of 79 mph off the tee. Ran a 4.23 from home to first. On the mound the righty uses a quick tempo and creates good direction to home plate. Fastball gets out of his hand well and sat 81-82 mph, and is complimented by his sharp slider that crosses the plate at 68-69 mph. Spins an 11/5 curveball with signs of sharpness at 65-67 mph and flashed a changeup that he was able to keep down in the zone at 69-70 mph.

2/13/16
A possible two-way prospect that is athletically built at 6-foot, 165-pounds. Took an impressive round of infield, showing quick footwork and athletic actions. With a clean transfer he was able to throw across the diamond with 81 mph arm strength. Ran a 7.31 60-yard dash. At the plate the righty starts slightly open and uses a knee pinch load to efficiently gather his weight. Using an aggressive stride forward he is able to transfer his weight onto his front side. Hands are fast and get through the zone quickly to produce consistent line drive. Would see an increase in pop and consistency with a better timed stride. Foot gets down very early which stops his energy and rhythm. Exit velocity was 80 mph with more left in the tank. Very athletic on the mound with good tempo and direction to home plate. Tilts his shoulders for leverage and through a over the top slot he sat 80-82 with his fastball. Showcased two breaking balls both with sharpness. His 11/5 curveball had good depth at 65-67 mph and his slider was his best offspeed pitch as it had sharp break across the plate at 66-67 mph. Also flashed a 65-66 mph changeup.
1/31/16
6-foot, 165-pound athletic, projectable frame. At the plate the right-hander had very fluid movements to his swing. Starting with an open stance and used a hands back, knee pinch load to gather his weight and a strong stride forward. Bat had some quickness to it flashed through the zone on a level trajectory. Exit velocity 82 mph and he ran a 4.31 from home to first. Had an impressive defensive showing in the infield. Looked smooth and under control while being able to move efficiently and stay athletic to ground balls. Had a quick transfer and clean arm action as he showed off 82 mph arm strength across the diamond. On the mound he shows choppy rhythm in his delivery. Comes to a balance point at the top of his delivery before lowering the lead leg straight down then out toward the plate. Shows good direction to the plate. Throws with a long arm action into a high ¾ slot. Fastball sits 79-81 mph. Curveball sits 65-66 mph with early break on a 11/5 tilt. Throws a nice changeup with near fastball arm speed with downward sink and arm side run to it at 65-68 mph.
7/29/14
5-foot-11, 155-pound thinner body frame. From the infield, he moves well laterally, and showed a solid glove. He stops his feet with groundballs hit at him, and would benefit by being more aggressive playing through the baseball. Shows quicker release through a ¾ slot using 73 mph arm strength. Offensively, he begins hitting from a balanced base, uses a hands back to shoulder trigger, and an inward turn with his front foot, can get a little mechanical at times, showed ability to use both parts of the field. Reached a top exit velocity of 80 mph. From the mound, he has a repeatable delivery using a straight up and down leg lift. He throws using a short arm action with quicker armspeed through an upper ¾ slot. Delivery requires regular effort. His fastball was between 75-78 mph. Curveball was thrown at 12-6 tiltwith some depth at 64-65 mph. Changeup was thrown using below average fastball armspeed 64 mph. Also flashed a knuckleball at 59 mph.

6/10/14
5-foot-11, 155 pound middle infield prospect.  Showed the ability to command 3 pitches for strikes. Fastball sat 75-76 mph, with the ability to located both sides of the plate. Curve-ball is a big slow breaker at 69-71 mph. Change-up is best off speed pitch, has good sink 65-67 mph. At shortstop, works around and through the baseball well with his feet. Quick hands and transfers make up for his arm strength. At the plate, has a compact swing with good weight transfer from back to front. Hands drop at times creating an uphill swing.
