Ryan Hance: C/SS, (2022) Hilliard Darby, OH. 6-foot, 150-pound. Solid at the plate, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. (59.22 mph bat speed average). (19.66 mph hand speed average). Began in an athletic stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Has a level swing plane, efficient bat speed and level finish. Found multiple barrels during his rounds. Gap to gap approach. Athletic in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 75 mph; has a natural fluid exchange, consistent athletic feet, and soft hands. While catching, throw downs to second topped out at 76 mph; had a natural clean exchange, soft hands, and athletic smooth footwork. showed his ability to throw runners out with an efficient pop time of 1.93-2.01. Some flexibility and calm setup. Showed a compact arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. 


Ryan Hance: SS/C, (2022) Hilliard Darby, OH. 6-foot, 150-pound slim frame. Capable at the plate, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 81 mph. Began in a wide open stance with a small load, then used a short stride. Bat speed is average and displays a simple swing plane. In his round he found some barrels. Line drive approach. While catching, he produced a position velocity of 73 mph during throw downs; has soft hands, athletic feet, and a quick fluid exchange. Displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.97-2.05. Had athletic setup. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.4.

 6-foot, 150-pound lean frame. Solid in the box, Hance had an exit velocity of 82 mph. Setup was comprised of an athletic open stance and a smooth load. Bat speed was efficient, and used a flat swing plane. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 73 mph; had athletic footwork, and soft sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Recorded a 60 time of 7.46 at the event. Athletic on the mound, had a ¾ arm angle with good arm speed. Uses easy effort in his delivery. Consistent balance point. Threw his fastball 79-81 mph; had arm side control and slight running action. 11/5 curveball (67-70). Showed control low in the zone and gradual action on his changeup (69-71). 


Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. SMooth mover in the box with patterns that comes together well. In/out path with a balanced combination of strength and speed to hands. Worked gap to gap in BP.
Power: Line drive pop with much more to come.
Offensive Projection: Multiple roles.
Field: Solid showing in the infield. Mechanically sound, efficient angles, and above average ball skills/athleticism.Behind the dish he showed some of the top tools at the event. Athletic, efficient with above average arm strength and the ability to break the 2.0 barrier pop wise.
Throw: Clean arm with more to come.
Defensive Projection: Utility.


Hit:Loose, athletic stroke from the right side. Generates natural whip through the zone and has a feel for contact. Consistent line drive production in BP. Doubled in the RCF gap in game.
Power:Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection:Top of lineup.
Field:Smooth actions in the infield. Always under control and feet are well timed. Hands appeared to be above average for class.
Throw:Accurate thrower for the most part with serviceable strength.
Defensive Projection:Multiple spots.
