In the outfield he uses aggressive footwork to get to the ball quickly with the ability to play through the baseball. From a high-3/4 slot he threw with impressive, 88 mph arm strength to home plate. At the plate the lefty applies good rhythm to his hands back, short stride load. He swings with obvious strength through the zone and was able to barrel up the ball consistently in batting practice. Had impressive pop to his pull side. Added weight transfer would help him use more of the field. Registered a top exit velocity of 88 mph and ran an impressive, 3.85 from home to first.

5-foot-10, 185-pound prospect. Gifted two-way prospect. Shows quickness in his arm from a high ¾ slot. Short arm action. On the mound, he sat 81-83 mph with command on both sides of the plate. His fastball showed some cutting action it. Breaking ball is an effective out pitch at 70-72 mph. Sharp 2/10 break across the zone. Also uses a 67-70 mph changeup that occasionally showed the same cutting action as his fastball. At the plate he showed good rhythm to his load, taking his hands back during his stride. Bat has quickness to it as it gets through the zone on a level path. Consistently squared balls up in batting practice with the ability to create backspin to his pull side. Exit velocity was 82 mph. Ryan is a mechanically sound outfielder with a big arm. He approaches the ball with solid footwork and is able to maintain momentum into his throws to show off his 87 mph arm strength to home plate. Ran a 4.21 from home to first.
