Ryan Yingst: LHP/OF, (2022) Lima Perry, OH. 6-foot-3, 195-pound projectable frame. On the mound, showed good arm speed, he had a quick arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Shows a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 81-83 mph; has running action and arm side control. Throws a 1/7 curveball (72-73) with plus action. His 1/7 slider (73-75) had plus action.

Hit: An upright stance with a quick up-tempo load to create timing. He uses his lower half to activate his power, along with having quick hands through the zone. An uphill swing which creates varied ball flight from floor to ceiling.
Power: Gap abilities.
Top BP Exit Velocity: 87 mph.
Top BP Distance: 333 ft.
Offensive Projection: Top of the lineup.

Delivery Notes: Has the left-handed reliever look to him, big leg kick and quick arm swing. Arm works with speed out front and can repeat mechanics regularly. Will be able to add velocity once he gets stronger.
Fastball: Topped at 80 with arm side run and a ¾ arm slot.
Fastball Spin Rates: 1900-2100.
Curveball: Between 64-67 with 1/7 break and tight spin.
Curveball Spin Rates: 1700-1900.
Changeup: 64-65 is still a work in progress but has some fading action to it at the end.
