Seth Carter: OF/RHP, (2024) Milford, OH. 6-foot, 145-pound. (54.6 mph bat speed average). (17.8 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced strong stance with a quick load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was developing, and had a loose level swing plane. Solid in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 77 mph; shows soft hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a consistent arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showing consistent arm speed he had a compact arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Showed slight running action. (Max spin 1809; Avg 1741). Threw a 11/5 curveball with some action. (Max spin 2082; Avg 1973).
