Body Type: 6-foot, 165-pound thin and athletic frame. Swing Mechanics: Simple and compact load that is loose and athletic. Hit: Swing works. Level bat path that works to all fields. Much improved since we saw him last. Swing showed up in BP and in game. Power: More pop as he develops more size. Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles. Field: Rangy defender with ball skills on par for class. Throw: Average to above average arm. Defensive Projection: Corner Guy. With how he runs a move to the outfield could be in play.

Body Type: 6-foot, 165-pound athletic frame with room to add strength. Swing Mechanics: Tall stance. Hands stay simple during leg kick timing trigger. Hit: Compact level swing. Hands are quick too and heavy through. All fields guy who has a bit extra juice in there to pull side. Power: 84 mph exit velocity. Long lever type who has comparable pop to both sides of the field. Can run it into the gaps with ease and looks to have some emerging power in there as well. Offensive Projection: Run Producer. Run: 6.97, easy/low effort runner. Long strider who you could see being even lower before it’s all said and done. Field: Fluid defender that moves easy around the infield. Creates rhythm with his feet and maintains momentum through fielding for the most part. Solid defender. Throw: 80 mph arm strength across the infield. Solid arm with signs of more to come. Defensive Projection: 3B. Additional Comments: Good athlete with size. Actions are easy, generating impressive measurables on both sides of the ball without a ton of effort.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a wider stance. Hands show minimal load during his stride forward. Front foot hitter that takes a compact, slightly downhill path to contact, Hands have noticeable speed through the zone. Above average strength in there as well. Ball comes off well, A feel hitter who squared the ball up often in BP. More to come has he fills out frame. In the infield he plays low and fast. Ball skills are above average for class and he shows obvious confidence in his glove. Looks even more athletic outside funnel with above average range to both sides. Solid, well-rounded player with a future at the next level.

An infielder with quick feet and athletic actions. Plays through the baseball showing above average ball skills. Transfer is fluid and he threw with accuracy across the diamond. At the plate he starts in an athletic setup from the right side. An ambush type guy who makes contact from his front side. Swing is compact with obvious quickness to his hands through the zone. Bat whips through the zone on a level to slightly downhill path. Carinci has feel for finding the barrel, spraying line drives to both gaps. Solid bat.
5-foot-11, 150 pound right-handed hitting prospect swings with a slight uphill path getting on plane with pitches well leading to consistent contact. At times, he carries his weight out onto his front foot getting extended too early causing his timing to be off. When get stayed back and remained balanced he stay through the ball barreling it up showing some good pop with a 82 mph exit velocity. In the infield Carinci’s glovework was good as he fielded each of his attempts. Footwork showed good lateral movement getting to the ball. He came straight up in some of his throws rather than staying low and through the ball to follow his throws. Doing so can lead to improvements in his 77 mph throwing velocity.

In the infield he plays with fluidity to the baseball. Moves well inside his funnel and laterally. Tends to play from heels at times. A sure handed infielder that made all the plays in his defensive evaluation. A righty bat that starts in a balanced setup. Hands remain simple during his stride forward. Creates energy through weight shift with lower half. Swings is compact with above average natural tools through the zone. A line drive guy who can use all fields.
5-foot-9, 130-pound prospect. Starts in a wider setup at the plate and shifts his weight back to his back leg during load. Shifts weight into contact through a short stride. Impressive pop for frame. Worked mostly to his pull side in batting practice. Consistently found the barrel and produced line drives. An aggressive infielder that does a nice job of cutting down distance to the ball. Footwork is athletic and he showed confidence in his glove. Would like to see him create angles in his pre fielding footwork to play through the ball more efficiently.
