A very lean and projectable 6-foot-2, 180-pound frame with lots of room to add size and strength. On the mound, the right-hander works from an average tempo delivery with a high coiling leg kick before striding long down the mound and finishing hard to the first base side. Arm action has moderate length in the back, making a clean circle before coming through a high-¾ slot. Fastball shows occasional arm-side run at 78-80 mph, nearly all strikes. Curveball has 10/4 shape at 65-66 mph, some strikes. In the game, Beaver punched out four of the five batters he faced.
A 6-foot-2, 180-pound long, lean, and projectable frame. Offensively, the right-handed hitter bats from an upright and open set-up with rhythm in his hands. Uses moderate stride before launching his hands on a flat path to contact with some length and a high finish.
