Rising junior southpaw with room to add additional strength to his 6-foot-3, 175-pound frame. Initiates delivery with sideways rocker step into a chest high knee lift. Leads out of balance point with his front hip and lands slightly across his body. Standard tempo on takeaway, but armspeed picks up out front. Arm is loose, generating a fastball at 83-85 with occasional armside run. Showed some feel for dropping his 69-70 curveball in the zone, although it could lag armside when he wasn’t aggressive with it.
