A 6-foot-1, 180-pound lean frame with room to add size and strength. Offensively, the left-handed hitter bats from a wide and slightly open crouch with rhythm in his hands. Uses a big and aggressive leg kick before pulling his hands through a flat path through extension with bat speed. In BP, shows an all field and flat approach, some barrels, 88 mph exit velo. Runs a 7.25 60. Defensively, shows quick and aggressive actions with developing hands and active feet, using a big crow hop. Throws with a full arm stroke coming through a near over the top slot. Shows  accuracy at 86 mph from the outfield.

A  lean 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame with some wiry strength and room to add more. On the mound, the left-hander works from a controlled tempo delivery with a high leg kick and slight pause before striding down the mound and finishing balanced. Arm action has moderate length in the back, dropping straight down with a slight wrist hook before coming through a near over the top slot with arm speed. Fastball sits 79-81 mph with occasional late and heavy sink and some downhill tilt, mostly strikes. Curveball is advanced with 12/6 shape, tight spin, and late depth at 65-66 mph for strikes and as a chase pitch. Slider has 1/7 shape with heavy cutting action at 64-65 mph, pulled to the glove side.

On the mound, the left-hander works from an average tempo delivery with a moderate leg lift before taking an abbreviated stride down the mound and finishing towards the dish. Arm action is long in the back with a quick change of direction at the bottom of the arm stroke before coming through a near over the top slot. Fastball sits 80-81 mph touching 82 mph with some downhill tilt and arm-side run, mostly strikes. Curveball has big 12/6 shape at 65-66 mph, mostly strikes. In the game, Salters retired all five batters he faced, punching out four of them, also showing an excellent pickoff move.

A proportional 6-foot-1, 175-pound frame with some room to add size and strength. Offensively, the left-handed hitter bats from a front foot heavy crouch with some rhythm in his hands. Uses a moderate and quick leg lift before launching his hands on a flat path to contact with a high finish. In BP, shows a middle to pull ground ball approach, found a few barrels, 88 mph exit velo. Runs a 7.31 60. Defensively, shows clean and confident actions. Throws with a moderate and quick crow hop and a full arm stroke coming through a high-¾ slot with some accuracy at 83 mph from the outfield.
