Flat compact path through the zone with an uphill finish. Power present with exit velo up to 95. Mostly barrels. 69.4 mph bat speed with 14 G's of rotational acceleration.

C/OF Ezekiel Griffin (Byng, 2026) showed positional versatility at both catcher and in the outfield as well as potential middle of the order presence throughout our event. At catcher, Griffin registered a 1.95-1.99 pop time missing down with accurate throws. From the outfield, he topped the 90 mph mark with an event best 91 mph throw while utilizing a quick transfer and command. At the plate, Griffin once again paced the event with a 94.6 mph Exit Velocity working the middle of the field from a strong 5’8” and 179 pound frame. A mature approach and the athleticism to offer positional versatility will make Griffin a fun follow into this spring for a talented Byng squad.
