A tall 6-foot-6, 185-pound arm, Moore is a very projectable and exciting Ontario Nationals prospect. The righty features an arm stab out back and comes forward from a high ¾ arm slot throwing his fastball up to 84 mph. He threw downhill, making for an uncomfortable at-bat for any hitter. Moore has the potential to develop into an imposing arm in the 2020 class and with strength gains will do so. Moore rounds off the All-Tourney pitching staff from Spring Training in Orlando.
9.9.17 - Moore is long and lean with a projectable frame at 6-foot-3, 155-pounds. The right-hander worked with a slow tempo delivery on the mound from clean 3/4 slot, can use height and length to get on top and work downhill with fastball that sat 74-75 mph. Secondary stuff shows feel but still needs polish. At the plate, hits from balanced stance in the crouch, rocks back to load and looks to stay inside ball. Defensively, arm works across diamond, can work through ball and look to create proper angles, made all the plays and profiles as a corner infielder.
