Taylor is a 2018 grad who works from a quiet, compact delivery and motion on the mound. Delivery is slow and quiet until separation where he then speeds up before he delivers. Arm works from 3/4 arm slot, clean in the back and gets outfront. Fastball in the high 70's, comes out of hand easy with arm side run. Feel for off-speed stuff, changeup showed some diving action and curveball had proper rotation. Adding size and involving more in lower half will pay off for Taylor as he heads into the offseason.

5-foot-9, 155-pound 2018 grad. Taylor hits from upright position with slight knee bend. Small stride that's online, hands are quiet, work to stay inside of ball, exit velocity was 74 mph. Defensively, approach was clean to ball, arm worked from 3/4 slot and was 76 mph across the diamond. Off the mound, Taylor worked strictly out the stretch and topped out at 79 mph. More in tank as there was no separation with lower half, was gathered and on-time over the rubber. Changeup had good movement when down in zone and curveball would show late action and kept down for most part. Could be potential slider, fastball guy. Minor adjustments could play big part in development,
