Peart, a 6-foot-1, 140-pound infielder, is a freshman who we first got a look at during the summer and we recently saw at the New Year Open. He is a ‘23 grad who will be a guy to follow for years to come. His swing works freely, it’s a direct bat path, with bat control. It’s a repeatable swing where he maintains a simple approach. He has the foundation to hit, and with physical development, it’s easy to envision power being a part of his game. The actions in the infield are sound; he displays body control, tempo, and clean glove-to-hand actions, he’s also been 75 across.
