6-foot, 190-pounds. The raw 2018 grad has shown improvements over the past year. With body changes and more confidence, Wilcox is progressing nicely both offensively and defensively. Creates good contact to power with loose hands and nice high finish. Used the middle of the field much better than in past, which shows his development and maturity as a ball player. Still lots of room to add strength

2018 grad with strength and size at 6-foot, 190-pounds. First time had the chance to see behind the plate, actions were raw and crude. Reps and innings will be key for him to get caught up to speed. Clean actions in the infield, will be corner guy who could end up at first. Offensively, good foundation on swing, hands are loose and easy, work well to contact with power to pull side. Lots of room to add strength, will watch over next few years and see if power potential comes to fruition.

6-foot, 190-pound third baseman with projectable body. Chance to be right-handed hitter with some power to his game. Some rhythm in the box. Ball jumps when he gets extended. Small and quick load on back side. Hands have strength with good bat speed. See's the ball well. Defensively, works from a short arm slot that was clocked at 76 mph across diamond. Arm has strength, throws were online. Continued reps with footwork will pay dividends for Wilcox. Has knowledge of game and plays hard. 2018 right-handed bat to keep an eye on.

Young 2018 with some size at a stocky 5-foot-11, 189-pound frame. Home to first was 5.09 with regular effort. Offensively, showed good rhythm and timing in swing. Hands worked to the ball with a small load straight back and in a great position to hit. Stayed behind the ball and let his hands get out front. Generated good bat speed with a level bat path for a 2018 while exit velocity was 82 mph. Defensively, fielder the ball cleanly. Footwork will be important for Wilcox as he gets older. Arm is from a short-3/4 arm slot and was 74 mph across the infield. Good foundation to build on. Actions are there at the plate. Will continue to follow and see how he develops.
