Hassall has improved pitchability and fills up the zone, working anywhere between 83-87 mph. Shows feel for off-speed and works in and out, up and down, understanding how to pitch, recognizes swings, and mixing in his off-speed to keep hitters off balanced. Velocity should continue to jump, Hassall is one of the top uncommitted arms in the 2018 class.

Took the next step in his development in 2016 with appearances at Future Games and solid fall ending in September. Fastball up to 87 to go along with overhand curveball with late breaking action and 11/5 shape. Starting to fill out and mature physically, still more to come. One of top arms in Ontario for the 2018 class. Should be high follow for college coaches.
Good looking 2018 prospect, long limbs, projectable pitchers frame. Arm works with quickness while he shows feel for breaking ball. Good downward action with 11/5 shape and rotation. Fastball in low 80's, ready to become one of the breakout arms in 2018.
