2025 RHP/OF Noah Hipolito really jumped out earlier this month with an impressive bullpen and two-way potential. It was the left-handed bat that impressed most this time around, generating several exit velocities in the 90s with a max of 94.3mph. Works towards the middle of the field with a smooth-looking swing and put up quality AB’s when facing the live arms. Fastball velocity was down this weekend compared to the Future Games Trials but there’s still plenty to like with athleticism and projection on the mound.
4/10/23
2025 RHP/OF Noah Hipolito was one of the most intriguing prospects at the event and his athleticism showed in all areas of the showcase. 6-foot, 160-pound frame with athletic, elastic movements on the mound. Generates spin on the fastball at 85-87mph (2309rpm avg.) with life through the zone. Flashed a sinker at 84-85mph with some heavy horizontal break at times.
Lacks some consistency and bite to his firm curveball at 75-76mph. Changeup looks to be the out pitch right now with feel for it, heavy horizontal break and really kills the spin on it at 705rpm avg. Intriguing arm in the 2025 class with two quality pitches right now, athleticism and plenty more to come. Was also up to 89mph from the outfield (best at event), ran a 3.88 30-yard and had a peak exit velocity of 94.4mph (best at event).
