The 6-foot-1, 270-pound first-baseman showed well at the Canadian College/University Showcase and New Year Open. He worked nicely at the plate, putting his power on display, registering a 95 mph exit velo, powering the bat through the zone to make solid contact while spraying the ball to all fields. In the infield, at first base, his feet moved comfortably around the bag, and there was softness to his hands. He got off throws across the diamond with accuracy and carry at 70 mph. 2022 first-baseman to watch going forward.
