ATH: 4.10 runner in the 30. 1.75 30 yard split. 17.2 max vertical.
This was our second look at Goba in as many weeks and put together the stronger performance of the two as the switch-hitter put together a pair of line-drive filled rounds. The 5-foot-8, 130-pounds outfielder from the Terriers was consistent with the bat, generating a peak exit velocity of 87.6mph and peak distance of 274ft, both topping his numbers from last weekend. From the outfield, Goba was up to 75mph, although that number was 79mph last weekend. Numbers and overall game will only trend upwards as he continues to add strength.
2026 OF/RHP Jacob Goba is a 5-foot-8, 130-pound switch-hitting outfielder from the Terriers program and it was our first look at him since the Future Games Trials last April. Goba has noticeably improved in several areas and continues to work gap-to-gap from both sides of the plate with a line-drive approach, generating a peak exit velocity of 80.1mph. Goba showed good footwork in the outfield portion of the event where he was up to 79mph. Goba has steadily improved and overall game will continue reaching new heights as he fills out and adds some strength.
