6/13/17 6-foot-4, 190-pound backstop displayed very sound mechanics behind the plate.  Quiet receiver presents a soft wall when blocking.  Showcased quick feet and a clean transition with 76 mph arm strength from the crouch during defensive workout. Right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open, crouched stance eliminating some of his physicality. Stayed behind the baseball well and remained inside the baseball resulting in consistent line drives during batting practice.  Displayed an 88 mph bat exit velocity and went 2-for-6 with a walk during game action while also running a 7.33 60-yard dash.
