Physical: High-waisted 5-foot-10, 180lb frame with broad shoulders. 7.41 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Narrow, loose stance from an open position, as the elbows start bent. Utilized a leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a short, flat path into the hitting zone with a steep angle at times. Matched plane early on pitches in space, delivering a T91 mph exit velocity and 62% line-drive rate via Trackman. One of the more complete BP sessions in attendance.
Defensively: The outfielder showed off choppy footwork, playing from behind the ball with a downward chest at the touch. Fielded off his right side and set the body towards the target, up to 76 mph positionally (H ¾ slot). Clean reads off the bat.
Pitching: LHP. Southpaw begins from the far right corner of the rubber; faster pace out of a compact delivery with hip-coil at the stack. Some separation on the move into footstrike at 75-78 mph (2117, arm-side run). Mixed a short, sweeping CB at 69-72 mph and quality 68-70 mph CH that killed spin.
