Slight drop and drive into a balanced back side. Has some shoulder tilt before working downhill. FB has some downward tilt. Showed command of a FB that peaked at 81 MPH, ranging from 77-80 MPH. CB has tight spin and late break at 61-62 MPH. Also showed feel for a SL at 69-70 MPH. The 2020 RHP is a must follow as he continues to develop.

Lean athletic build with good arm action. Upper 3/4 release point with good arm side run on fastball. Change up has good arm side sink and can spot for a strike efficiently. Works fast and pounds the strike zone. Curveball 11/7 spin with tight break.
6/6/2018: Walter ran a 7.38-60, an improvement from last June. Arm strength from the outfield was measured at 72-MPH. Fastball consistently sat at 75-MPH with a 64-MPH changeup and a 67-MPH curveball.
