Game Performance

Notes

Comments

7/26/23

Physical: Muscular, athletic 5-foot-11, 185-pound frame. 7.12 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Hits from a deeper stance with rhythm up top and big coil over the backside. Utilized an early toe-tap that sets at release; worked behind the ball for a lofty approach to pull. Notched a T89MPH EV and 46% fly ball rate, eclipsing 300+FT multiple times (T302). Lined out to the RF twice in-game.

Defensively: The primary catcher featured a lower/traditional posture with quality feel for the pocket. Straight-line footwork produced accurate throws at 75MPH while pop times hovered around 1.94-2.02 (H ¾).

6/15/23

Physical: 5-11, 185 pounds; Athletic, Muscular build. 7.08 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet wide spread; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Loads straight back with a toe-tap for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a direct swing path with a late one hand finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 96 MPH via Trackman. Showed projectibility both at and behind the plate.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while being aggressive. Hands work through the ball with a clean transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.00-2.14 pop times. C - 76 MPH.
