Physical: 5’10 170lb LHP/1B ran an 8.43 60 yard dash. Shows good baseball skill both as a position player and as a pitcher.
Offensively: The RHH stays tall on his backside as he loads up and attacks down through the ball. Produced an 84 mph exit velocity. Showed repeatable mechanics throughout the swing.
Defensively: From the OF had an 81 mph throwing velocity getting downhill on his throws to his target. At 1B he moves around the bag decently with good glove to ball skills.
Pitching: The LHP stays tall through the windup with a long arm swing. Releases from a high and over the top arm slot. FB topped at 79 mph with a low spin rate. CB was about 10 mph slower at 66-68mph. CH registered from 69-72 mph with about 1000 spin rate. Mechanics and body work well together. Could use to strengthen the lower half to increase power all throughout his game.
