7/15/20

Physical: Strong and athletic 5-foot-10, 165-pound frame with advanced feel for his body in all phases. 7.00 runner in the 60-yard dash. Shippensburg University commit.

Offensively: RHH. Balanced, even stance with a slight bend in the knees as the hands rest at the top of the shoulder in the setup. Utilized a leg-hang stride to initiate an efficient, whippy slightly uphill barrel path into the hitting zone. Turned the barrel early and often getting on plane and slotted in the beginning stages of the swing while riding the hands through extension. Peppered the LCF gap with quality athleticism and adjustability in the lower half creating tight turns and repeated contact at the front of the plate during batting practice. Recorded a top bat-exit velocity of 92 mph according to Trackman Baseball with a top distance of 312 feet, further evidencing present extra base hit prowess at the next level.

Defensively: The primary shortstop featured a low center of gravity with a smoothness and easiness in the movements, was repeatedly on his toes with active footwork playing downhill through the fielding window, fielded off of the left side on the approach with obvious range to either side, soft glove hand with ability to play inside or outside his body, can make the play on the run, could be an impact defender moving forward. INF - 82 mph
