NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)
Lean 6-foot-4, 185-pound right-handed pitcher, ran a 7.25/60. Offensively - left-handed batter with long, fluid stroke, quick hands allow him to extend arms, keeps level bat path through the zone, full extension after contact for an exit velocity of 91 MPH, repeatable motion, effective load, inner knee rotation, keeps weight back, capable of more power with further lower body engagement. Defensively - agile footwork used to gather momentum for throws, smooth and easy transfer with an infield velocity of 84 MPH. Pitching - short, clean arm action, uses height to get downward plane on a 78-82 MPH fastball that touches 84 MPH, arm-side run, throws 12-to-6 curveball at 78-82 MPH.

2/12/17 6-foot-4 left-handed hitter has put on ten pounds, now up to 190, since we first laid eyes on him seven months ago. Starts from a slightly open stance and incorporates a slow, controlled load to a square base. 91 mph exit velocity indicates some power potential, which could jump even higher with more explosion from his lower half. Defensively, he winds up with a long arm action that produces 84 mph arm strength with some carry.
10/29/16 6-foot-4, 180-pound build with plenty of room to add strength. Stays on-line to the plate from a delivery that has some rhythm initiated by a sideways rocker step. Arm action includes a wrist wrap into a high three-quarter slot. Fastball sat 81-83, while slurvy curveball at 67-70 varied in shape from 11/5 to 10/6. Still developing a feel for his change-up at 73-74.
Left-handed hitter who ran a 6.97 60-yard dash and posted an 87 mph exit velocity. Starts from an open stance and strides to square. Has rhythm in swing that includes a controlled leg lift and ability to hit through contact. Moves well defensively, while featuring a solid glove hand and 78 mph arm strength.
8/19/16 Macko is a long-limbed, 6-foot-4, 180-pound left-handed hitter with a fluid swing and hands that work well through contact. Still maturing into his frame, Macko shows some present power and above average barrel whip (90 mph bat exit velocity), while he went 3-10 with one double and one triple on the weekend. On the mound, as will happen this time of year, especially with younger players, he looked a bit tired. Struggled some with his command, but his arm still displayed some looseness and generated a fastball at 78-80 and a big 11/5 curveball at 66-67.
7/20/16 Left-handed hitter with long legs and plenty of room to add strength to his 6-foot-4, 180-pound frame that already generates an 85 mph exit velocity. Starts from an open stance and incorporates a slow, controlled stride to slightly closed. Exhibited loose hands and a smooth swing during his BP round. Also took a series of good passes at the ball during game play, including banging a pullside single against a mid-80s fastball in his first at-bat. Solid across-the-board skill set defensively.
Pitches out of a high three-quarter slot with an arm that shows some looseness following a hook and wrap out of the glove. Some crossfire action to his delivery due to closed landing led to yanking fastball at 79-82 across the plate to his gloveside. Also featured a solid 11/5 curveball at 67-70.
