Physical: Proportional, athletic 5-foot-11, 165lb frame. 7.35 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, lower postured stance with the hands operating in rhythm off the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a slightly uphill path into the zone. Consistent round filled with flush contact to all fields, and produced a T86 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak. Worked into the “power V” slot at impact and drove pitches on the inner half to deal damage up to a 309 foot distance. Top of the order type who will eventually hit for extra-bases.
Defensively: The outfielder displayed adequate footwork, letting the ball travel and bending at the waist on the touch off his right foot. Fielded cleanly and got hips/shoulders in line before releasing from H ¾ slot. Delivered an accurate throw up to 78 mph to the plate, corner projection.
