Physical: Lean and athletic 5-foot-11, 152-pound frame with projectability in the build and athleticism in the movements. 7.22 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Started with a tall, slightly open stance with a knee knock stride initiating a flat barrel path into the hitting zone from a high handed setup. The hands worked hard to stay inside the baseball with long levers and a relatively high posture throughout the swing, hit into a stiff front side and liked to attack the pitch up above the belt. Used the pull-side primarily during batting practice while peppering LCF with a 50% fly ball rate / 336 foot maximum batted ball distance. Recorded a top bat-exit velocity of 88 mph all according to Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The outfielder demonstrated lengthy, choppy actions with active footwork on the approach, fielded off of the middle/left side of his body with adequate catch and throw skills. The arm worked with fluidity through a high ¾ slot / full arm circle with carry & accuracy towards the target. OF - 82 mph
Pitching: RHP - Deep side rocker step with a moderate pace in the delivery, medium leg lift with slight hip coil around the backside, gets directional on the land releasing out of an easy, repeatable high ¾ slot. FB ranged from 80-83 mph with an upwards of 2000+ spin per Trackman Baseball and present arm side run into RHH. Mixed in a 68-70 mph get me over BB with 11/5 shape and short depth, countered with a 72-73 mph CH showing deception at the plate and natural feel out of the hand.
