Physical: 5-foot-5, 100 pounds; Slender, proportional build. 8.65 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet shoulder width apart; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish.  More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 67 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; uses prep hop while active feet. Hands are out in front while funnelling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle  from a low 3/4 arm slot.   INF - 52 MPH. 

Pitching: Earl-Hayden uses a center rubber setup while using an angled drop step. Belt high leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly closed. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load, while working through a standard 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 65 MPH, while sitting 60-64 MPH; arm side run. CB: 53-54 MPH; sweeping lateral action.
