Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Extended take back of the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a late one hand finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 74 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses prep step while showing active feet. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. INF - 78 MPH. Smooth actions towards the ball with a quick release.
Physical: 5-foot-5, 120 pounds; Athletic, full build. 7.56 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Loads straight back with a slight leg-kick for timing. Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while showing active feet. Hands work through the ball while funneling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 73 MPH.
Physical: Lean, developing 5-foot-3, 115lb frame with some feel. 8.03 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, shoulder-width stance, as the hands flashed easy rhythm to begin. Utilized a short lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat, repeatable path into the hitting zone, staying above the ball towards the finish. Delivered a middle-of-the-field line-drive approach with an adjustable barrel, squaring it up often (67% sweet spot, T73 mph exit).
Defensively: The primary shortstop can handle either MIF spot with advanced body control and footwork to match. A soft glove-hand led the way and picked it clean on multiple occasions. Reached back for a 68 mph arm-strength across the dirt, quick release.
Physical: Smaller 5-foot, 110lb frame with room to mature. 7.92 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Slightly bent, narrow stance, as the hands operated at the shoulder to begin. Deeper backload and lift and replace stride that delivers an accurate, simple barrel through a flat path into the hitting zone. Handsy approach at times, finding line drives to centerfield during his round. Posted a T73 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak.
Defensively: The middle infielder might find a role on the right side of the diamond. Adequate footwork and lower posture, fielding off the middle of his body and shuffling to the target. Good reads off the bat and 65 mph arm strength across (accurate, H ¾ slot).
