Hasley is able to produce 11.3 G’s of force with an on-plane efficiency of 59%. Solid contact through the middle and right center gap; average Trackman exit velocity of 72.15 MPH; peak exit velo was 87 MPH.
Defensively: Walks into ready position; choppy steps. Fields the ball on the glove side with clean transfer; long arm action to low 3/4 slot. OF - 80 MPH.
Showcased an advanced, physical 6-foot-2, 197-pound frame with noticeable strength and athleticism in his actions. The right-handed hitter begins with a narrow, open stance utilizing a leg-lift with present weight shift to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone. Displayed a strong top hand with easy barrel whip yielding an impressive 91 mph bat-exit velocity during batting practice and line-drives to all fields. Demonstrated advanced feel for the barrel with repetitive contact in front of the plate. Recorded a 6.90 60-yard dash showing off the athleticism he possesses. The primary outfielder featured adequate footwork allowing for momentum towards the target with regularity. A soft glove hand and smooth transfers set up accurate 77 mph arm-strength from his position out of a high ¾ arm-slot. Arm-strength will improve with increased leg-drive on throws, where momentum occasionally got too far forward.
Physically mature 6-foot-2, 190-pound right-handed hitter turned in the top bat exit velocity of the event at 91 mph. He starts from a slightly open stance and initiates his swing with a leg-lift stride. Displayed some present gap power and the potential for more as his athletic frame continues to mature.
