Solid compact frame at 5-foot-9, 165-pounds. Athletic slightly narrow stance from the right side with hands set high and a vertical bat. Stance starts square and used two separate strides; a toe tap to striding closed and a knee to knee leg lift landing closed. Hands make a small load back and bat remains vertical. Hands are quick and bat showed some whip getting through the zone. Bat path was flat and showed line drive tendencies with an exit velocity of 79 mph. Stepped to the ball with left foot before using a jab step to get in line with the throw from behind the plate. Quick, clean exchange and throws from a high three-quarter arm slot at 75 mph. Pop times ranged 2.00 - 2.09. Home-to-first time was 4.32.
