Game Performance

Notes

Comments

6/14/22

Physical: Advanced, projectable 6-foot-3, 215lb frame. 7.67 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Upright, slightly open stance with calm hands resting flat on the shoulder. Utilized a lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a slightly lifted path into the hitting zone. Liked to get long arms extended on the ball to create leverage out over the plate, recording a T90 mph exit velocity with pull-side gap feel. Middle of the order profile up to 330 feet via Trackman.

Defensively: The first baseman featured a wide base and waited on the ball with a soft glove hand. Funneled accurately into the mid-section and set the shoulders before reaching back for a H ¾ slot across the dirt (74 mph).

Pitching: RHP. Starts from the stretch-only off the left side of the rubber; simple delivery with a higher stack position and some arm-side run at 76-78, T79 mph (1980) into the zone. Added a developing 66-70 mph SL with a consistent horizontal plane.
