6/12/18 - 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and utilizes a leg hang stride to initiate his swing. Some lower half drift prior to contact allows his eye level to change but consistent hard contact in BP and a bat exit velocity of 85 mph was registered. Ran a 6.93 60-yard dash and showcased the athleticism to be able to be utilized at a number of defensive positions. Displayed active feet and the ability to play through the baseball with 81 mph arm strength across the diamond from third base. Righty sat 80-82 out of a high 3/4 arm slot on the mound working solely out of the stretch. Also commanded a curveball with 11/5 rotation at 70-72 and a splitter at 70-71 that showed some tumbling action. Allowed just one hit over three innings whiile striking out one.
