6/24/15 Blasick is a 6-foot-2, 210-pound righty with a physical frame for a freshman. The righty sat 79-81 with a deliberate delivery from a 3/4 arm slot. Blasick also flashed a 66 mph slider during three innings of work. The two-way prospect displayed capable glove work at 1B with a 78 mph arm across the diamond and registered an 81 mph bat exit velocity out of square stance with a leg lift stride. Blasick went hitless in six at bats during game action but showed the ability to barrel the baseball routinely.
