Notes

Comments

6/29/22

Physical: 6-foot-0, 150 pounds; Average, slight build.

Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 84 MPH, while sitting 81-83 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 75-77 MPH; lands for strikes.  CH: 74-75 MPH; runs.

6/14/22

Physical: Lean, wiry athletic 6-foot, 150lb frame with starter’s upside.

Pitching: LHP. Southpaw begins off the far right side of the rubber; quicker pace with quality stride-length before closing the gap with a fast arm from H ¾ slot. The FB ranged 81-84 mph with cut and run at times to both sides of the plate. Mixed a tough-look SL at 75-77 mph (2474), which gained awkward swings and a developing 75-76 mph CH with occasional fade; feel for three.
