Game Performance

Notes

Comments

6/21/22

Physical: Compact, developing 5-foot-7, 135lb frame with feel. 7.47 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Wider, upright stance, as the barrel begins in a strong position to hit. Utilized a leg-hang stride with minor separation, initiating the swing through a flat, on-plane path into the hitting zone towards a two-handed finish. Featured some contact traits, spraying head-high line-drives all over the field at a T76 mph exit velocity. Room to add strength.

Defensively: The primary outfielder showed natural reads off the bat with a downhill approach on the front side. Fielded off his right foot and shifted the hips/shoulders in line with a quick, fluid arm-stroke from a H ¾ slot (78 mph arm). Among the OF velo leaders.

Pitching: LHP. Southpaw works out of the stretch-only off the right corner of the rubber with balance and twitch. Creates occasional tilt on an upper-70’s FB (T77) with heavy action and really spins the breaker (63-66 mph, 2393). Has a legitimate chance on the bump.
