Pitching: RHP. Features repeatable mechanics with present sink and powerful lower half drive working downhill with advanced command of all pitches. Lives in the zone with an 80-83 mph FB showing arm-side run on the outside corner to RHH while mixing a 70-71 mph CB featuring 11/5 spin with sharp two-plane sweeping action for swing and miss. Displayed feel for a 73-74 mph CH thrown with near fastball arm-speed.
6-foot-2, 195-pound right-hander sat 81-83 while topping at 84 mph out of a high 3/4 arm slot. Delivery is balanced and repeatable and athletic frame indicates additional velocity could still be coming. Curveball was commanded at 69-70 with consistent 11/5 rotation and changeup at 70-72 with arm-side run was thrown with good sell.
