Physical: Lengthy, projectable 6-foot-2, 175lb build. 7.52 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Crouched stance at shoulder-width as the hands played loosely up by the ear. Utilized a short/quick lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a slightly vertical path into the hitting zone. Finished with one hand on the backside, spraying lofty, fly ball contact towards the middle of the field during his round. Recorded a T81 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak, adding a 67% sweet spot rate.
Defensively: The primary shortstop featured adequate feet, using length to cover ground to his glove side. Active approach and flashed multiple sub-4.25 plays where it came out quickly out of the hand. Feel to play either MIF spot and showed 76 mph arm strength (V-slot).
Pitching: RHP - Good tilt in the shoulders and natural feel for the delivery. Controlled pace, repeats, and delivers strikes to the mitt. Loose, longer arm-action on a 77-78 mph FB, going to have a chance down the road. Mixed both a lateral 68-70 mph SL and falling 71-73 mph CH, strikes to the bottom of the zone. Poised bullpen session overall.
