4/18/15 6-foot-4, 175-pounder with room for added strength. Worked 79-81 out of an over-the-top arm slot. Also featured a change-up at 71-74 and a curveball at 65-67.

2/15/15 Flynn has a surprisingly compact delivery for a pitcher with such a tall, lanky frame. He features a wrist wrap upon separation and an abbreviated arm swing (ball never gets below his waist) prior to release from a high-3/4 slot. While he had a tendency to yank his fastball gloveside, he showed a very good feel for his straight change-up. His curveball is a big, slow 11/5 breaker. Flynn has plenty of room to add strength to his frame and he is a quality athlete (6.96 60-yard dash).

2/14/15 Flynn starts from an open stance and strides slightly closed with some dive toward the plate and some loop in his path. He holds the bat deep in his hands creating stiffness in his wrists and it would be interesting to see what would happen if he would hold the bat further out in his fingers, as he is a quality athlete in a tall, lanky frame. Flynn, a primary pitcher, exhibited solid hands and feet defensively.
