10/12/12 At 6-foot-4 and 255-pounds Glendenning looks like he should be headed to the football field, but looks can be deceiving. He shows good mobility around the bag and ran a 7.62 60-yard dash on a wet track. He showcased an event best 97mph bat exit speed and drove balls all over the park during a solid round of batting practice. In game play, Glendenning used left field and right field for two line drive singles, and capped his day off with a triple to the center field wall that one hopped the 430' sign. He has little wasted movement in his swing and will continue to improve as he learns to stay inside the baseball more frequently.
8/15/12 Glendenning is a 6-foot-4, 255-pound athlete, with athlete being the operative word. He ran a very respectable 7.58 for a prospect his size, showed agility and good glove work around the bag, and threw 75mph across the infield. Offensively he showcased a 90mph bat exit speed velo, tops at the event. His round of batting practice was impressive as he drove pitch after pitch to the wall, using all fields. Glendenning is a player to watch in the Class of 2013.
