3/30/17 6-foot-1, 195-pound right-hander sat 83-85 touching 86 while working out of a high 3/4 arm slot. Threw both four-seam and two-seam fastball with later showing some arm-side run. Curveball had 12-6 sharp break early and was commanded as an out pitch. Also mixed in an effective 75 mph changeup with arm-side fade. Velocity dropped to 81-83 after three plus innings of work. Curveball lost sharpness and assumed a rolling 11-5 break. Quite a bit of effort to delivery.

Comments
6/15/16 6-foot-1, 195-pound right-hander impressed with a heavy fastball and quality secondary offerings during three scoreless innings of work. Sat 83-85 out of a high 3/4 arm slot while creating interesting angles to the plate with pronounced fall towards first base dugout. Also commanded a 65 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation and a solid changeup at 75 mph. Registered six strikeouts while facing the minimum over three innings. Projectable frame and ability to get down hill with solid lower half drive should lead to additional velocity moving forward.
