6/13/17 - Home-1st: 4.98, Position Velocity: IF-76, Exit Velocity: 88
6-foot-4, 245-pound, RHH hits from a balanced and even stance, uses a long stride and a bigger load, lower half gets through the zone well, stays well balanced and swing plane is pretty flat through contact with some lift at the end. Defensively, shows above average hands and footwork, makes all the plays around the bag, committed to MTSU shortly after the event.
6/13/17 - Max FB: 85, FB: 82-84, CB: 70-75, CH: 70-71,
6-foot-4, 245-pound, RHP brings a commanding presence to the mound with his strong and matured frame. Tulloch brings some confidence and pitches aggressively throughout the lineup. He moves very athletically, especially for his size, and uses a long and loose arm action through a high ¾ slot to fill up the zone. He showed a fastball with solid tilt and run, while also flashing a breaking ball with 11/5 to 10/4 shape. Tulloch has a very high ceiling and committed to Middle Tennessee State shortly after the TP Games.
10/15/16 - Max FB: 86, FB: 82-85, CB: 72-73,
6-foot-4, 250-pound, RHP uses a very fluid motion and good tempo on the mound, big-bodied athlete showed confidence and a ton of improvement on the mound since his last performance at our Top Prospect Games, rhythmic delivery stays balanced and in tune throughout his approach to the plate, higher leg lift gets his lower half closed and loaded before reaching his in-line stride, arm works quickly and pretty loose through a high ¾ to over-the-top slot, some effort in his finish. Fastball showed hard run in on the hands of righties and his curveball was thrown consistently for strikes with 11/5 to 10/4 shape. Tulloch recorded 2 strikeouts without allowing a run in his 2 innings of work.
6/14/16 - 60 Time: 8.38, Position Velocity: IF-74, Exit Velocity: 85
6'4, 260-pound, RHH hits from a wide stance and uses a toe tap and stride along with quite a bit of hand movement to get himself going, hands end up in a good spot before swing starts. Lower half glides and doesn’t quite create the torque you might expect, hands can drag through because of this and forces them to come through the zone on a downhill plane. Big kid hit some low line drives in BP. Defensively, shows average hands and footwork around the bag, good arm with some carry across the infield from an over-the-top release, arm comes from being a RHP.
6/14/16 - Max FB: 83, FB: 80-82, CB: 68-69, CH: 70,
6'4, 260-pound, RHP uses a fluid motion and a loose arm action to deliver pitches from an over-the-top arm slot, big kid really showed his athletic potential on the mound as he brought a strong presence and really took control of the pace of the game, worked smoothly and quickly and filled up the zone the entire time. Threw a very heavy fastball with good tilt and downhill action and spotted it up exactly when he needed to, breaking ball showed some hard-biting 11/5-10/4 action when he got through it, hung a couple of them. Big time potential in the 2018 class because of his combination of athleticism and size.
