6-foot-1, 205-pound LHH catcher has a sturdy frame w/ some projection. At SE Unsigned Sr Games, he showcased some big time pop in his BP round. Moderate leg kick with good head/hand separation in his load, showing big time gap power (T 101.1 mph; Avg: 88.6 mph) and slugged multiple HRs in his round (T 389 ft; Avg: 301 ft). A little raw behind the dish, as far as receiving and blocking, but he’s consistently popping around 2.01-2.09 w/ plenty of arm strength at 77 C velo. In the past, he’s shown to handle advanced pitching when he digs into the batter’s box, and slug with the best of them. A solid 2022 add as a lefty power bat first prospect.

Uncommitted, 6-foot-1, 195-pound backstop has a solid frame with strength. The lefty-swinging catcher was red-hot at the dish all weekend. Balanced, athletic stance with simple load, allowing him to keep his barrel in the zone. Smooth stroke with good bat speed (Max: 74.9 mph | Avg: 69.3 mph via Blast). No issue handling velo, turning on a double in his first at bat before a deep homer later in the game to right-CF. Also, hit a no-doubt two-run homer in bracket play to get East Cobb going early.
