8/12/19: Six-foot-8, 250 pound Cole Pletka threw easy from a high three-quarter slot with a fastball up to 91 mph. Although lacking much deception, the pitch was heavy down and showed some ride when up in the zone. He landed soft and on-line with good balance throughout his delivery. Changeup had late fade at 78 mph and was thrown with good arm speed. His 75-77 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation flashed average, yet was mainly below average on this look. (Seifert)
