In the field made throws of 70 mph across the diamond. Isbell also ran a 7.8 60-yard dash on the day. Throws from a true submarine arm slot and was able to show solid feel for the strike zone. Fastball came in at 68 mph with some arm side action and coupled that with a sweeping slider that had lots of side to side action at 60 mph. Also showed the ability to mix in a changeup with good arm speed at 60 mph as well.

IF Work showed throws of 73 mph, with a long arm and back and whip like arm action Off the mound fastballs range from 72-75 mph, curveball 65-66 mph, changeup 58-59 mph, and slider 68 mph, all pitches coming from a submarine type arm slot producing strange angles for the hitter.
