High-waisted 6-foot-1, 165-pound frame, wiry body gets long strides in 7.46 60-yard dash. Shows twitchy actions behind the plate, quick out of crouch, strong 80 mph arm down to 2B with pop times from 1.98-2.19. Outfield arm 81 mph with carry. Right handed swing, long hands into contact, 84 mph exit velocity off of tee. Tall stance on the mound, deep arm swing, ¾ slot, fast extension, good glove-side direction. Fastball worked 76-79, toppping 80 mph, spun curveball at 66-68 and slider 68-70 mph, showed changeup at 66-69 mph.
Thrutchley still has plenty of room to add strength to his 6-foot, 160 pound frame. The right-handed hitter starts from a wide base with his hands set high above the middle of his body before loading back, then taking a short stride, landing balanced. Shifts his weight forward as he slots the barrel into the zone, hitting off his front foot. Direct path on a flat plane with a top exit velocity of 83 mph off the tee. Behind the plate, Thrutchley has quick, directional footwork with an athletic lower half. He posted pop times of 2.07-2.25 with a top velocity from the crouch of 74 mph.
Thrutchley was 77-79 off of the bump flashing slight arm side fade on his fastball, his changeup was 67-68 with similar arm speed and late sink with some arm side run, and a slider that swept across the zone ranging from 63-67. He controlled his changeup well by locating it down in the zone.

A 6-foot, 160-pound wiry frame with lots of room to continue to add size and strength. Offensively, the right-handed hitter bats from a slightly back leg heavy and even stance with some rhythm in his hands. Uses a quick and short stride with a hand load before launching his hands on a short and flat path through contact, hitting off of his front foot. In BP, shows a middle to opposite field and flat approach, mostly barrels, 84 mph exit velo. Runs a 7.59 60. Defensively, a very still and quiet advanced receiver, shows consistently clean footwork and exchanges on throw downs, posted showcase pop times of 1.98-2.19, some accuracy.
