Drove the ball well from gap to gap with a short, repeatable hand path with strength at contact and good lower half control. In the outfield, Petro has average footwork with a clean exchange and throws from a high-¾ slot with a long arm stroke. The right-hander got on the mound during the game, throwing his fastball 80-83 mph with a max effort delivery with some rhythm. Level shoulders, in-line delivery to footstrike, then falls off to glove side. His curveball was 66 mph.
