3.6.19
The right-hander works from a high slot with a drop and drive delivery. Fastball flashes tilt at times, sitting mostly 87-90 in the first, touching 91 once. Velocity only dropped a tick in the fourth, down to 86-87. Curveball is a solid pitch with tight 12/6 rotation, and he showed the ability to spin it for a strike and bury it late. We got one changeup at 78. Wynia went four innings, strikout ot nine, while only allowing 3 hits, but he did walk five and threw 109 pitches in this short outing.

March 2018 HS
At 6-foot-4, 185-pounds, Wynia has a projectable pitchers frame. The right-hander works from a high slot with a long arm swing. His fastball started out at 87-89 in the first with good downward angle. Pitched out of some trouble in the first and second innings, working around a couple of errors and walks. Fastball was mostly 85-87 out of the stretch in the second inning, but he was still able to reach back for 88 and 89 when needed. His curveball flashes sharp 12-6 depth at 73-76 mph when he stays on line, but goes to 11/5 shape when he falls off to his glove side. His best inning was the third when he sat down two batters hitters in a row on strikeouts with a runner on second base. Was lifted in the fourth with a final line of 3.1 IP, 2 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 6 K, 4 BB.

02.07.17
Oklahoma commit. Estimated 6-foot-3, 170-pound frame. The right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with some effort in his delivery. He topped out at 85 mph in one inning of work, settled in at 83-84 mph with a slider he threw at 73 mph.
